EMS (1-3 weeks )
EMS takes 2-4 weeks during the pandemic and can ship to 102 countries around the world. You can track the delivery from door to door. We ship EMS packages once a week on Fridays. Rates in USD. Link to the EMS shipping calculator *Choose ‘others’ not documents. EMS is now charged based on box size. The formula is length x width x height / 6000.
Surface mail (10-16 weeks)
The cheapest but slowest option available. If you are shipping mist/ spray products this is the only option. Takes between 2 to 3 months for delivery. Rates at the bottom of this page.
DHL (2-5 Days)
DHL service now available. On demand delivery options available via email or the DHL app. We ship with DHL everyday. Cut off time for having your package sent is 2pm. DHL boxes are charged based on box size. The formula is length x width x height / 5000.
Domestic Delivery (1-2 days)
KoreanBuddy does ship domestically in Korea as well. Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on the region and shipping costs range from $2.50 – $5 depending on the size of the package. You can request domestic shipping when placing any order by providing a Korean address and phone number and chose domestic shipping in the shipping options.
Shipping to multiple addresses – $5 fee

You can request your order be split up and shipped to more than one destination or request parts of the order be shipped out on different days. Each additional address and additional shipping date request will be $5 per box.
Example #1 – For 3 different receiver’s there will be a 2 x $5 fee. The first address is covered by the basic KoreanBuddy fee and each of the 2 additional addresses will be $5.
Example #2 – Send out part of an order today and the second part of the order next week. That would be $5 extra for the additional shipment date.
Large orders that require multiple boxes all going to the same address are not charge any additional fee.
